• Our service fee is for the convenience of professional assistance, form filling expertise, document verification, and time saved
• We do not guarantee approval of any application as final approval rests solely with the concerned government authority
• Processing timelines mentioned are estimates based on past experience and are subject to change by government authorities
• Rejections, delays, or additional documentation requests by government authorities are beyond our control
• We are not responsible for changes in government policies, procedures, fees, or requirements
• Users are advised to verify all information before submission

10. PAN, TAN & Identity Services

For PAN, TAN, and other identity-related services, the following additional terms apply:

• Users must provide authentic and verifiable identity documents
• ASLI FORM acts as an facilitator through NSDL/UTIITSL authorized channels
• We are not responsible for rejections due to mismatched details, poor quality documents, or ineligibility
• PAN-Aadhaar linking is the user's statutory responsibility under Income Tax Act
• e-PAN delivery timelines depend on NSDL/UTIITSL processing
• Correction requests must be supported by valid documentary evidence
• We do not store original documents; copies are used only for application purposes

11. Documentation & Drafting Services

Our documentation services include drafting of resumes, CVs, cover letters, SOPs, affidavits, agreements, deeds, notices, and other documents. The following terms apply:

• Documents are prepared based on information provided; accuracy is user's responsibility
• Revisions are limited to 2 rounds unless otherwise specified
• Deliverables are in digital format (PDF/Word) unless physical delivery is specified
• Documents once delivered and accepted cannot be refunded
• Users are responsible for proper execution, notarization, and registration as required
• We do not guarantee outcomes based on documents prepared

12. Education & Job Services

For education-related services (scholarships, admissions, certificates) and government job form filling services:

• We provide form filling assistance only; final selection/admission rests with institutions
• We do not guarantee scholarships, admissions, job selections, or exam results
• Eligibility verification is the user's responsibility
• Application deadlines are user's responsibility to track
• Errors in applications due to incorrect user information are not refundable
• Admit cards, results, and other communications are the user's responsibility to download
• Counselling services are guidance-based and not guaranteed outcomes

For business support services (vendor registration, Google Business Profile, marketplace setup) and digital services (domain, hosting, website, SEO, email setup):

• Domain registration is subject to availability and registrar policies
• Website delivery timelines are estimates and depend on complexity and user responsiveness

• Third-party service charges (domain, hosting, marketplace fees) are extra
• Content provided by users for websites/profiles is user's responsibility for accuracy
• Intellectual property of website designs belongs to ASLI FORM unless otherwise agreed
