What is Absorbed Dose?
Absorbed dose is a fundamental quantity in radiation physics that measures the amount of energy deposited by ionizing radiation per unit mass of matter. It is a critical parameter in radiation therapy, diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine, and radiation protection.
