Many platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, most messengers) strip metadata automatically when you upload or share a photo. Screenshots and edited images also often have no EXIF. The tool will still show file information, dimensions and color analysis.
Stripping metadata does not change the visible image. Format conversion re-encodes the pixels — use the quality slider (90%+ recommended) to keep JPG/WEBP output visually lossless. PNG output is always lossless.
